You can book an event through our platform by browsing available events, selecting the one you're interested in, and clicking the "Book Now" button. Follow the prompts to complete your booking, including selecting any additional options and completing payment.
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, digital wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA), and PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule most bookings through your account dashboard. Please note that cancellation policies vary by event and venue. Generally, full refunds are available if canceled at least 7 days before the event, with partial refunds available up to 48 hours before.
